Between design jobs the past few weeks I’ve been busily setting up this brand new look for the website, which now has a much more comprehensive portfolio for both design and photography and lists rates for all of my services. I’m kind of excited to jump back into blogging after a 2 year hiatus, and I’m hoping to make it interesting for everyone. As you look around you’ll notice a few new features, one of which is the client review page. If I have provided you with service in the past, I hope you will consider leaving a review. Another new feature is the Instagram feed. Please think about following me and I promise I’ll try my best to post some different things there instead of a repeat of the same all over the place. Right now, for instance, it features a photo series from the St. Baldrick’s event in Cleveland Heights I participated in yesterday. My son and friends shaved their heads in memory of another friend’s daughter. Honoring our friends and her memory in this way is something that means a lot to my family. Which brings me to my first big announcement!
This April I will be hosting a mini-marathon session at Wade Pond by the Cleveland Museum of Art that will fully benefit Rebecca’s Gift, a 501(3)c non-profit organization dedicated to providing healing family vacations after the death of a child. What is a mini-marathon session, you ask? I will have a set number of spaces on each day for 30 minute portrait sessions. In this case that magic number is 16, 4 sessions each morning (8am-10am), 4 sessions each evening (6pm-8pm).
